Made for the new L200 Long Bed, the new Aeroklas truck tops feature either a blank sided work top which is available in either white or colour matched, or a version with tinted sliding side windows. Aeroklas truck tops are manufactured from twin thermoformed ABS sheet. A smooth outer ABS shell is bonded to an inner shell for strength and insulation. The twin skin is fully recyclable and exceeds the proposed legislation on vehicle recycling. Aeroklas truck tops feature a heated rear glass screen, a sliding front bulkhead window as well as interior light and high level brake light. See the full spec here. Nissan Navara Lift Kit

We have now fitted the TRUX lift kit to our Nissan Navara D40, the Adventura model has been lifted to aid fitting larger wheels & tyres. The kit was fitted in circa 4 hours, Since the showing of the Top Gear Polar Challenge featuring the modified / lifted Toyota Hilux, interest in this type of vehicle has been significant, so we decided to try and find a solution to meet the demand for a lifted Nissan Navara D40.

The Top Gear Hilux conversion took 120 man hours and would probably cost around £10,000 to convert, which is really more than anyone would consider on a £18,000 truck. We can do a “soft” version of the Nissan Navara D40 for around £1000 which includes the lift, wheels and tyres, depending on choice. The standard fit tyres come in at 29″ (740mm) diameter and with a lift kit and a bit of minor trimming of some plastic, a tyre diameter of 32.8″ (835mm) can be used, which when you park the two Navara D40 ’s side by side is especially noticable.
